Emotions have far greater reaching effects on health and well-being than many people realize. We will teach you a way to let go of emotions that keep your energy tied up in patterns that result in stress, fatigue, illness or pain.

In our therapy we will focus on helping you let go of self-limiting beliefs, behaviors, and feelings so you can live the life you want to lead - and teach you how you can easily do this when a problem arises in the future.

Anxiety: Are you anxious much of the time, afraid of people, standing out, being judged?  Does that hinder your ability to lead a fulfilling life? Do you suffer from Panic Attacks?

Phobias: Do you avoid situations where you will encounter a specific cause of anxiety such as elevators, water, heights, spiders, etc.? Does that restrict your freedom of movement and leading a full life?

Eating Disorder: Do you suffer from anorexia, bulimia, laxative abuse or any other eating disorder?

Freedom from Depression: Are you having trouble coping with your life? Do you often feel sad or burdened?

Grief : Do you feel as if you will never find relief from the deep sense of loss of a loved one? Or any other loss such as the loss of a job or a significant relationship in your life?
